Review your sleep diary together · sleep pressure, explained simply · how to work out your baby's 24-hour sleep need · myth-busting the "averages" everyone quotes at you · rhythms vs rigid routines, with examples · The Sleep Pendulum. Once you understand this, so much starts making sense.

WEEK THREE - Get ready for the bigger stuff
Preparing for change (and checking it's actually the right change for you) · supporting big feelings - theirs and yours from a Circle Of Security perspective· what to do when change is feeling too hard, and when to pull the pin.

WEEK FOUR - Make it happen
Actually making the changes that feel right for your family - night weaning, moving from contact sleep/bedsharing, changing up how you settle and introducing a partner to bedtime
