Based in beautiful Tasmania, I’m a 3x Certified Holistic Sleep Coach and a Circle of Security Facilitator.

After trying (and failing) 'gentle sleep training' with my first highly sensitive little soul, I knew there needed to be another way, and so The Gentle Sleep Coach as born.
