Does this sound like you?
🌼 You've loved having your baby close, by lately, you've been feeling overwhelmed and touched out before naps and bedtime
🌼 You don't mind a cuddle nap in theory, but MY GOSH you some time - time to shower, eat, chase your other kiddo or just not be touched, even just for 20 minutes!
🌼 Bedsharing has worked in one way or another, and maybe you don't mind it at a certain point of the night, but you've been dying to have a few hours on the lounge and a good chunk of sleep before you join your cuddle buddy
🌼 You've been trying to make this shift, but it just feels impossible, floor is lava but cot addition!
🌼 You can. not. stand. the ideal of not supporting your little one through big changes, and every where you turn it seems like the only answer has been cry it out or some for of traditional sleep training (you've landed in the right place GF!)
I get it. Ive been there! And Ive helped hundreds of families over the last 3 years to make shifts to contact sleep in truely gentle, attachment focused ways and I would be honoured to hold your hand through this big journey!

program is for you! And were in no rush here, ill teach you how and you set the pace!
