I’m a mum of two - I get it.
I get what it feels like to be so tired that your eyes are burning, to be in the depths of darkness and feel like not only is there no one out there feeling like you, but there is no one who can help you. But; good news, there is – me.
I took my experience of sleep deprivation (note: a lot!), my personal disappointment and frustration with ‘gentle’ sleep trainers (note: also a lot!) and turned my passion into a career, becoming an OCN Level 6 Certified Holistic Sleep Coach. I have taken my 4 sleep certifications and turned that knowledge into straightforward, actionable and achievable steps for parents who are in the trenches like I was.
